How to use financial information
We try to provide in alerts next financial information:
- Piotroski f-score value measures financial position strength of the company.
- Altman z-score value means how far the company is from a bankruptcy.
- Rating score evaluates all financial ratios of the company.
- DCF value is some kind of prediction for the future stock price based on cash flows.
- Target consensus is a future stock price value predicted by analysts.
- SimplePatterns's value is a score we developed to assess how far a stock's price is from falling.
Perhaps, not all these values are available for a several stocks.
In this case such value will not appear in alert.
This data is quite enough to make an informed decision about buying a specific stock as part of our strategy with minimal time.
There is no need to chase the best indicators, they should just be good in order to reduce the risk of loss.
It also depends on the pattern score value. The lower it is, the more careful you should be in assessing financial indicators.
And of course, no best estimate guarantees a stock will rise 100%.
They all focus on historical performance and do not include current information, which may be critical.
